PLOA 2025 Annual Dues have been sent. Owners have the option to pay via Zelle or credit card. If paying by credit card there is a fee listed under the total due amount on each invoice. 

Board members will be available to pay in person on the 4th Saturday of January, February, And March from 10 am to 12 pm in the Park Clubhouse.

You may also be able to pay directly from the Zelle app with no fee, or via regular mail (9976 Shoreline Dr, Wills Point, TX 75169).

Gate codes are not changed or deactivated for those who are current and in good standing. However, gate codes are deactivated if dues are not received by March 31 or if non compliance. Once in good standing, gate codes will be activated.
